For more than 14 years, I’ve enjoyed a successful career at a major Fortune 50 tech company, starting as an entry-level analyst to leading global eCommerce teams that power a multi-billion-dollar business.

Through my career, I’ve been involved at many points along the value chain from how a product is developed and brought to market, to driving the financial success of the business across different channels and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Along the way—through times of economic growth and tough downturns—I learned exactly what separates people who land incredible job opportunities and get promoted from those who get stuck, even when they're just as talented.

My experience changed how I see career growth, and inspired me to help others overcome similar hurdles.

To amplify that impact on a broader scale, I launched a YouTube channel in 2020 offering practical career advice drawn from real-world experience. It now reaches over 40,000 professionals, with more than 3.5 million views across its videos. The genuine resonance of these strategies—and the stories of advancement they spark—continues to make the effort profoundly rewarding.

My goal since then has been to make as big of an impact as I can on others through sharing my experiences, successes, failures, and observations over the course of my career.
